January Meeting Recap and Chama River Catch & Release 
From the January 2015 Newsletter Noah Parker the owner of The Land of Enchantment Guides was the featured speaker at the January 13 general meeting. Noah's guiding operation is Orvis endorsed and is one of the best fly fishing guiding operations in New Mexico. Noah provided an armchair tour of the Chama river and its tributaries, Wolf Creek and Brazos, from the Colorado border to below Abiquiu dam. His stunning pictures and accounts of fish habits and appropriate fising techniques on these stretches was enlightening. by Mark Kalin Wayne Thurber, flyshop owner and guide, journeyed to Albuquerque from his northern New Mexico home to present an update an fishing conditions in the waters of the Enchanted Circle area. He operates Dos Amigos Anglers flyshops and guide services in Taos, Red River, and Eagle Nest, and lives near Angel Fire. Fly Tiers Roundtable Meeting Night Change
The New Mexico Trout Fly Tiers Roundtable get together has changed nights, from its regular Monday time to every Tuesday, 7:00pm excluding holidays and the Tuesdays of the monthly NMT meeting. The meeting is still held in the Sandia Prep Lab classroom, the first lab room you come to from the parking lot on the end of the building.
